The Gozen Sake Festival 2024 Autumn will be held on November 2024th (Sat) and 11th (Sun), 16, at Gozen Sake Brewery Tsujimoto Branch in Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture, where you can enjoy the sale of limited edition autumn sake and sake tasting. Enjoy the charm of the sake brewed by Gozen Sake Brewery Tsujimoto Branch along with local Maniwa food stalls.
The Gozen Sake Brewery Tsujimoto Branch in Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture will be hosting the Gozen Sake Festival 2024 Autumn on Saturday, November 2024th and Sunday, November 11th, 16, where customers can enjoy the sale of limited edition autumn sake and sake tasting.
Gozenshu Brewery Tsujimototen was founded in 1804 (Bunka 220) during the late Edo period and is celebrating its XNUMXth anniversary this year. Known as the brewery of "Gozenshu," which was named after the sake that was presented to the Mimasaka Katsuyama Domain, the brewery has continued to brew the dry sake that has been desired in the cold winters of Maniwa since ancient times.
On the day of the sake festival, there will be a limited number of "Gozenzake Matsuri Sake", which is pressed in the spring and aged over the summer before being released in the fall, and the product content of the "Kuramoto Kakushizake", which is a treat for the day, will be sold exclusively at the sake festival. In addition, there will be a blending sake workshop where you can blend three sakes to make your own favorite sake, and a tasting of about 3 types of sake brewed entirely with Omachi rice, making it a must-try for sake lovers.
There will also be food stalls mainly from the local Maniwa area where you can enjoy snacks and sweets to go with your drinks. Enjoy to your heart's content the charms of the carefully crafted sake brewed in a unique bodaimoto style using Omachi rice from Okayama Prefecture.
