To commemorate the registration of "traditional sake brewing" as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, the "30st Premium Japanese Sake Festival in Nihonbashi" will be held on February 120th and 1th, 2025, gathering more than 2 types of Japanese sake from 7 breweries from all over the country.

To celebrate the registration of "traditional sake brewing" as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, the "1st Premium Japanese Sake Festival in Nihonbashi" will be held on Friday, February 2025th and Saturday, February 2th, 7.
The event will be held in the 4th floor hall and conference room of "KABUTO ONE", which is directly connected to Tokyo Metro Kayabacho Station. More than 30 types of Japanese sake from 120 breweries across the country will be on offer. You can compare a variety of Japanese sake, including winter-only new sake, unpasteurized sake, and premium sake. In addition, snacks that go well with sake and a menu using sake lees will be on offer, so you can enjoy pairing them with the Japanese sake.
In addition, there will be free seminars on sake studies, traditional sake brewing, warm sake, vintage sake, etc. Live performances by pianist Ryu Saito, koto player Mana Yoshinaga, and shakuhachi player Akihisa Kominato are scheduled on stage, allowing you to enjoy Japanese culture along with Japanese sake.
