[My Sake World] First POPUP event "Assemblage SAKE" will be held at Hanshin Umeda Main Branch from February 2025th (Sat) to February 2th (Mon) 15!

My Sake World, an original sake-making experience facility, is already holding a traveling event! This time, the venue is the community space in the liquor section on the basement floor of Hanshin Umeda Main Branch in Osaka, where you can experience making your own sake.

My Sake World was born in Kyoto on January 2025, 1 as a facility where you can experience making your own original, one-of-a-kind sake.
Since opening day, all the seats have been fully booked and the venue has been featured in various media outlets, attracting a lot of attention, and a pop-up event has already been decided upon.
The first location is Hanshin Department Store Umeda Main Branch, located next to Osaka Umeda, one of the Kansai region's leading terminal stations.
Come and experience "MY SAKE WORLD: Your own custom sake blend"!

My Sake World offers an original sake-making experience where you can customize your own "my sake" by blending different types of sake from all over Japan in your preferred combination.
The guide will explain the characteristics and history of sake, you will be able to taste the sake that will be used in the blend in advance, and the sake you make can be mailed to you at a later date. The aim is to create a space that will make people love sake even more.

As the brand expands its worldview from its first store, My Sake World Oike Bettei, which opened in Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture, many customers have given positive feedback on the services it offers. In response to this, the brand has planned a "traveling edition" with the desire to "spread the sake-making experience to more places!" It has decided to hold a pop-up event, "Assemblage SAKE," for three days from February 1th to 2th, less than a month after the opening.

This event will be held four times a day in the community space (capacity 1 people) in the liquor section on the first basement floor. The lecturer will be Kenji Ueyama (5 Mr. SAKE Grand Prix winner), producer of My Sake World and [Sake World], which develops the project. In addition, Goko Yamaguchi, who works as an international sake sommelier and sake studies lecturer, will also participate.

The blending experience that can only be experienced in Kyoto is now available for the first time in the Hanshin version!
Step 1: A specialized staff member will explain the basics of six types of sake

Step 4: Enjoy your completed "My Sake"
