The 2025th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower will be held on Saturday, April 4th and Sunday, April 12th, 13, at the Atrium Plaza on the second floor of Osaka Bay Tower in Minato Ward, Osaka City. To commemorate the Osaka-Kansai Expo, the festival will have the theme of enjoying cherry blossom viewing with new sake, unpasteurized sake, sparkling sake, and premium sake.

28 carefully selected sake breweries from all over the country will be gathering together, allowing visitors to compare and taste over 140 different types of Japanese sake. ​There will also be many brands that have won awards at domestic and international tasting competitions, including "Bishu Ranman" (Akita Prefecture), "Shimeharitsuru" (Niigata Prefecture), and "Noguchi Naohiko Kenkyusho" (Ishikawa Prefecture), which will be exhibiting in Osaka for the first time. ​Some of the Japanese sake will also be on sale, and can be purchased for home use or as souvenirs. ​

The food booths will offer food that goes well with Japanese sake, including dishes made with seasonal ingredients, local specialties, and menus from popular restaurants. On the stage, there will be Japanese musical instrument performances and calligraphy performances, and 2024 Miss SAKE Grand Prix winner Yuri Minami and 2024 Miss SAKE Hyogo winner Haruka Ae will appear as guests in traditional Japanese clothing to brighten up the venue.
