Akishika Shuzo in Nose Town, Osaka Prefecture will hold a brewery opening on June 6st. In addition to opening the brewery to the public, a special accommodation plan with a tasting of the 1-year-old aged sake "Akishika Ikkakanzo 18 Year Aged" will be available on the day. In addition, special booths from Nose Town, Toyono Town, and Inagawa Town (Hyogo Prefecture) will also be exhibiting.
Akishika Sake Brewery in Nose Town, Osaka Prefecture, is a sake brewery that carries out an integrated production process from rice cultivation to sake brewing. It is also famous for having many enthusiastic fans.
The brewery will be holding a brewery opening event, "Akishika Wakashikakai 2025," on June 6, 1.
This is the second time the brewery will be open to the public, and the brewery will be reopened in 2, following a favorable reception last time. This is a rare opportunity to experience firsthand the passion of Akishika Sake Brewery, which upholds the philosophy of "integrated agriculture and brewing."
As an added highlight, a special accommodation plan will be available for a limited number of people at ATELIER TONARI, also located in Nose Town, from the day before, May 5st.
In addition to the night tour of the brewery, you can also enjoy a tasting of the secretly kept secret "Akishika Ikkakanzo 18 Year Aged" sake. You can also enjoy a special meal with Akishika's 7th generation brewer, Kotaro Oku.
On the day of the event, in addition to Nose Town, there will also be special booths from the three municipalities of Toyono Town and Inagawa Town (Hyogo Prefecture), as well as concerts.
Come experience the consistent sake brewing process that has been going on since the brewery's founding in 1886.
