Eiheiji Town in Fukui Prefecture is offering two special gifts to commemorate the 20th anniversary of its merger: a premium daiginjo sake called "Kokuryu Tokoshie" from Kokuryu Sake Brewery, and a tour ticket to experience a special facility. These gifts will be available for a limited time from December 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.

"Kokuryu Tokoshie" is a special sake made by hand-selecting the finest daiginjo sake brewed by Kokuryu Sake Brewery, and aging it for a long time in the optimal environment of ice temperature. The long aging process has mellowed the gorgeous aroma and flavor, adding gentleness, mellowness, depth and umami, resulting in an elegant and complex sake.
