A new proposal for blended sake
[Assemblage Club]'s new product "KASUMI" is now available
The newest addition to Sake World's original brand, Assemblage Club, developed in collaboration with a Kyoto sake brewery, is the 05 CODE NAME: KASUMI. With a neutral flavor, it pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes.
Sake World's original brand, "Assemblage Club," is derived from the French word for "mixture," a traditional wine production method that refers to the blending of raw liquors. Applying this to sake, they have created a complex and delicate flavor through blending.
Like the currently available [01 CODE NAME: Taro'], [Assemblage Club 05 CODE NAME: KASUMI] was developed based on the fine sake of long-established Kyoto sake breweries Masuda Tokubei Shoten, Kitagawa Honke, and Matsui Sake Brewery. As the name "KASUMI" suggests, it has a sweet and sour taste, but is also light and neutral.

Because it is neutral, KASUMI's unique characteristic is its ability to undergo a variety of chemical changes depending on the food it is paired with. It is designed to be enjoyed even before you even put it in your mouth. Of course, even if you drink it as is, it is a bottle that allows you to fully experience the charm of sake assemblages.
In addition to sales on a dedicated e-commerce site, we also provide an inquiry desk for business owners.
You can also sample and purchase sake at the blending experience facility, My Sake World, for a fee.
The Assemblage Club series can be said to be the origin of the "custom-made sake" that Sake World is promoting. Come experience the infinite possibilities of sake assemblage through this new "expression" of the brand.
