Special event celebrating the 130th anniversary of the company's founding! [Saito Shuzo | Eikun] will be holding a "Evening Drinking" event.
Saito Sake Brewery, which will celebrate its 130th anniversary in 2025, will be holding a special event called "Yoi Nomi." This second event will offer a variety of options, including an all-you-can-drink plan with a tour of the brewery and a special plan where you can enjoy premium sake. This evening brewery opening by Fushimi's representative sake brewery is sure to be a highlight.
Saito Sake Brewery produces a variety of sake under the "Eikun" brand. They produce a wide range of sake, from the classic Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai sake to sparkling wines and liqueurs, and are one of the leading sake breweries in Fushimi, Kyoto, a famous sake-producing region.
Since the 13th head of the family, Hiroshi, took over, the company has been more conscious of tradition, such as sticking to ingredients produced in Kyoto, while also enthusiastically working on innovations that venture outside the category of sake.

Saito Sake Brewery is planning a new event in 2025, the year of its 130th anniversary. As the name suggests, this is the classic evening drinking of sake, and it will be held on the company's premises on January 31, 2026.
This event will feature all-you-can-drink (standing bar) of various Eikun sakes paired with snacks. There will also be a tour of the brewery.
In addition, premium tickets, limited to 30 people, are available as a special plan that allows you to enjoy premium Eikun sake prepared for this day in a separate seated room along with a special bento box.
According to President Ko, this is the second time Saito Sake Brewery has held an evening drinking event. The program was created based on feedback from participants of the previous event. On the day, there will be food trucks from several restaurants, as well as a paid tasting and merchandise corner.
The event will be held at night in late January, so be sure to take precautions against the cold, but sake fans can't help but look forward to it. Tickets are on sale now at Tiget.
