"IVS KYOTO 2025" will be held from July 7nd to 2th, 4.
It is one of Japan's largest startup conferences, bringing together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors from all over the world to create opportunities for business partnerships, starting businesses, and fundraising.

The main venues will be the Miyako Messe Kyoto City Industrial Promotion Hall and the ROHM Theatre Kyoto, and talk sessions will be held in various theme zones during the event. Knowledge and ideas that can only be found here will come together, and the event will be a three-day event to create new innovations, in keeping with the vision of "catalyzing the next generation."

Another major feature of IVS is the side events that are held throughout the day and night. At Sake World, we will be exhibiting at the event that takes place in the evening.

On July 7nd and 2rd, a collaborative event will be held with YOUTRUST, a Japanese career SNS and network recruiting service.
The venue is My Sake World Kyoto Kawaramachi, an original sake-making experience facility that just opened on June 6th, and will offer a different kind of sake-making experience than usual.

On the first night, there will be a "Blended Sake Experience Session" where participants can experience the sake offered by Sake World in various forms.

The first half of the event was a tasting session comparing Sake World's original brand sake "Assemblage Club" [Taro'] and [Hanabi]. The guide was Kenji Kamiyama, the chief blender of the brand and producer of Sake World.
In the second half of the event, we will be conducting a sake blending experience that is usually offered in the store, but with a special Yowa Night version. *My sake will not be provided.
This is a special program where you can enjoy drinking and making "custom-made sake" promoted by Sake World. It will provide a new experience for sake or alcohol lovers, and an opportunity for those who have never tried sake before to learn about it.

The second night will feature "What is 'SAKE CREATOR ECONOMY'?", a talk about the challenges of sake brewing in a new era.
Shintaro Nakagawa, president of Leaf Publications Inc., which operates the Sake World business, and his vice president, Hiroyoshi Hama, took to the stage. The seminar-style program allowed participants to hear about the business from the top executives themselves while drinking Sake World's original sake.

Nakagawa introduced the businesses that Leaf Publications is developing, including the Kyoto-based web media "Leaf KYOTO."
Uma, the Sake World Business General Manager and 11th generation owner of [Sake World Makinokura], will introduce the whole picture of the Sake World business, including the background of its launch. In addition, he will introduce the sake brewery brand owner service "Sake Brewery Investment" that started in March 2025. He will talk about the whole picture of the "SAKE CREATOR ECONOMY" that he aims to realize through Sake World.

For those who want to learn new things through IVS, it will be an opportunity to hear from the top executives themselves about the outline of a project to develop Japan's world-class culture from "local" to "local".
