Sake brewery in Shinano Omachi, Northern Alps [Ichinoya] Ryusuisen is a world-class sake brand born in January 2023.
``Ryusuisen'' is based on the concept of ``SAKE that maximizes the pleasure of eating,'' and is an assemblage of the ``materials'' necessary for sake brewing, including the blessed water sources of the Northern Alps, people, and sensibilities.
Everything from effervescence to alcohol content has been carefully designed with food in mind.

◎Lineup that allows pairing with a single brand
The Ryusuisen brand consists of three series (Basic/New Normal) and up to three grades for each series (Standard/Premier Cru/Grand Cru), and in fiscal 3, from January to October. , we plan to release 3-2023 products every month, a total of about 1 products.
With a wide range of aromas and flavors, Ryusuisen, whose brand slogan is ``the ultimate palate sensation'', allows for pairing of each course with a single brand, regardless of the genre, Japanese, Western, or Chinese. .

From the fruity and easy-drinking "Basic Series", "Ryusuisen Basic Standard Tenpu Hitogokochi" will be released on April 4th (Saturday).Furthermore, "Ryusuisen New Normal Standard Hotaka" will be released on April 8th (Tuesday) from the "New Normal Series", which is characterized by low alcohol and slight effervescence.
