Enjoy a special sake assemblage created in collaboration with long-established sake breweries through a subscription service
Founded in 1856, Shimogamo Saryo is a Japanese restaurant that has been in Kyoto for 150 years.
Then, we blend sake from three long-established sake breweries in Kyoto [Masuda Tokube Shoten, Kitagawa Honke, and Matsui Sake Brewery],
In collaboration with Assemblage Club, which produces carefully selected Japanese sake assemblages, we have created an elaborate pairing dinner!
The [Wagyu Beef Blend (Taro)] and [Tsuki no Katsura] sakes were created by testing the combination of dozens of types of sake.
In addition, you can enjoy sake cocktails and other dishes that will be matched with dishes prepared by head chef Motoyama of Shimogamo Saryo, which attracts customers from all over the world with its two locations in Tokyo and Kyoto!
