You can also have lunch! A cozy wine bar
Although it is in the city, it is along a street that is especially quiet at night. Keiichi Miyazaki liked this calm place and opened the store.
After 5 years of experience at a French restaurant in his hometown of Gifu, and more than 10 years of experience at Isoya Group such as [Isomatsu], he achieved his long-awaited independence. [PARLOR Koyaji] opened on November 2023, 11.
With the theme of a wine bar, the interior has a warm orange tile wall, a counter with rounded corners, stools, and other features that create a soft and comfortable atmosphere for women. Another great thing about it is that you can drink it from 15:XNUMX pm, so it's daylight.
Wines ranging from classic to natural types start from 800 yen per glass. Bottles start at 3800 yen, with the average cost around 5000 yen.
A wide variety of creative dishes that go perfectly with alcohol
Enjoy original dishes such as shumai and dried daikon radish with an Italian flavor.
In particular, the duck cutlet, which is rare for a duck dish, goes perfectly with the red wine Worcestershire sauce. There is no doubt that the alcohol will go well.
Duck cutlet ~ with red wine Worcestershire sauce ~ 1200 yen
The cutlet, which is unusual for a duck dish, is cooked at a low temperature and fried at a high temperature until crispy. The sauce should be light, considering its compatibility with the duck meat.

Miyazaki was inspired by the dried daikon radish cooked in consommé by Miyazaki's mother.
Koyaji's shumai (2 pieces) 650 yen
