It makes the spiciness milder.”

The secret to a lively conversation
If you're having trouble ordering alcohol, she says, ``Please try to compare your tastes to someone else.'' If someone replies, ``You look like the captain of the soccer team,'' I offer them a sharp, refreshing drink, and this can often get people around them involved and spark a conversation.
The store manager, Mr. Honma, is also a theater artist. He has been leading a theater company since he was a student, and he still performs on stage from time to time.Perhaps that's why he seems to know how to entertain people. Many customers come alone, and it's easy to make friends with others. It's a place you'll want to go to, where you can enjoy sake in such a nice atmosphere.
