When you open the door, the landlady and owner will greet you in a friendly manner.The store has both a counter and private rooms, and the second floor has space for 2 people.
The owner, Mr. Noto, has experience training at Kyoto restaurants in Kyoto and Tokyo, and makes full use of the techniques and purchasing routes he has cultivated in each region to serve dishes from all over the country, such as tuna from Aomori, moto moroko from Saitama, and crab from Kanazawa. You can enjoy seasonal delicacies.

Advance.The meat of the Koppekani crab that arrived from Kanazawa is carefully removed and topped with Happo vinegar jelly with dashi stock.
