Aichi Sake Brewery
A sake brewery with a rich history, with documents showing that it has been selling sake since the late Edo period.Established in Aichi County in 2, the brewery was moved to its current location in the early Showa period with a focus on water quality.
The four brands we initially carried were carefully selected to include only Tomitsuru, and along with the skills of Nanbu's chief brewer, who is also well-versed in rice cultivation, we made use of the rice grown in this land and the blessings of precious water, all while keeping up with the times. We continue to brew sake in pursuit of unique taste.
In addition, while preserving the traditional culture of sake, we also promote our products internationally by submitting them to competitions held in various countries. In 2021, he won the Platinum Award and placed in the top 5 in the Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai Sake categories at the Kura Master sake competition held in France. In the Junmai Daiginjo category, only one bottle was selected to receive the Jury Award. In addition, Tomitsuru has won a gold medal at Spain's international alcoholic beverage contest, CINVE, showing off the appeal of Tomitsuru and gaining new fans.
