Inami Sake Brewery, whose landmark is the blue noren curtain, was founded in Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, which is a specialty producer of Yamada Nishiki, known as the king of sake rice. In a climate that is ideal for sake brewing, with the harsh winters typical of the basin, the company produces delicious sake using plenty of Yamada Nishiki, with the company motto of "quality first."
``Aoi Tsuru'' is a brand named after combining the crest of Kyoto's Matsuo Shrine, which enshrines the god of sake, ``Aoi,'' and the auspicious bird ``Tsuru.'' The representative one is ``Junmai Daiginjo Sake Tsubo (Miki)''. Using only Shinpaku from Yamada Nishiki in the Special A area of Hyogo Prefecture as the raw material, it is brewed by melting rice to create a rich, full-bodied flavor. In addition, ``Daiginkoshu'' and ``AOI CLASSIC'' are long-aged sakes that have received high praise from overseas, including winning awards at the International Wine Challenge (IWC). It has a deep and soft taste, and if you pair it with a dessert, it will definitely leave your mouth feeling happy.
In addition, we have a diverse lineup of sake that you can enjoy on a daily basis. Each bottle shows the careful craftsmanship that values the mainstream of local sake makers.
