In 2000, they launched a new brand called "Kozaemon." They also focus on sake rice, cultivating locally grown sake rice, and brew a variety of types of sake using a wide range of carefully selected rice suitable for sake brewing.
Nakajima Brewery is known for its traditional Kimoto sake brewing, Saishikomi Kijoshu sake, and direct-draw sake brewing using special equipment, and the wide variety of authentic sake available is a major attraction of the brewery.
