Spending time in an open space

The heavy rain in the morning seemed to have vanished as the day cleared up and the event started at 15pm under blue skies.
As dusk approaches, you can feel a pleasant breeze while admiring the beautiful scenery of the gradations between day and night.

Kobayashi from WORLD KYOTO, who is supporting the entertainment department, commented, "I am happy to be involved in a rooftop bar, which is rare in Kyoto. Together with WORLD KYOTO, I would like to liven up Kyoto's night scene from here at Kyoto Station."

Toshihiro Shimamoto, president and CEO of Joyo Sake Brewery, one of the breweries of the Kyoto Prefecture Sake Brewers Youth Council, which is co-hosting the event, said, "Unlike sake events, this has an atmosphere that doesn't force sake on you. We're in a great location in Nonaka, so we hope you'll enjoy listening to music and drinking your favorite drink, and pick up some sake along the way."

Because it was Golden Week, people of all ages, genders, and nationalities were enjoying themselves from early on. They were toasting with sake to the music. I was happy to see that it didn't feel out of place drinking sake at TOWERLAND, the hottest spot in Kyoto right now.

This project started with the question: What about sake in the club scene?
WORLD KYOTO holds the event on the last Friday of every month. It is co-hosted with the Kyoto Prefecture Sake Brewers Youth Council and continues to work with the idea of ​​"infusing Kyoto's club scene with sake."

At TOWERLAND, under the motto "Look up and toast," you can enjoy a fusion of food and entertainment at a spectacular spot overlooking the Kyoto cityscape.
Nothing would make me happier than if everyone would toast with at least one glass of sake in honor of the food and entertainment.
