You can observe the sake brewing process at breweries that are normally off-limits, and while enjoying sake, you also have the chance to come into contact with tradition. In this article, we will introduce the notable kura-kai events that will be held all over Japan in 1!

November 11th (Sat) and 9th (Sun) [Kobe Shushinkan] 10th Fukuju Brewery Opening 25 / Hyogo, Kobe

As autumn deepens, the annual "Fukuju Kura-kai" will be held at Kobe Shushinkan on Saturday, November 2024th and Sunday, November 11th, 9. At this event, you can enjoy freshly pressed new sake and delicious local gourmet food, and you can also experience things unique to the brewery, such as a tour of the brewery and listening to sake brewing songs.

On the day, you can taste Fukuju's freshly pressed new sake and purchase sake exclusive to the brewery, as well as the appearance of specialty food stalls. In addition, on November 11th, there will be events where you can experience the traditions of sake brewing, such as the replacement of the cedar ball, a tour of the brewery by the brewers, and the "Nada Sake Brewing Song."

A limited number of autumn Gozenshu Festival Sakes, pressed in the spring and aged over the summer, will be available, and the product content of the festival will be the "brewery's hidden sake," which is a special treat for the day.
