My Sake World, an original blend sake experience facility, has two locations: Oike Bettei, an 8-minute walk from Karasuma Oike Station and Kyoto City Hall Station on the subway, and Kyoto Kawaramachi, an 8-minute walk from the Hankyu Kyoto Kawaramachi branch.

My Sake World Oike Bettei

About Us

My Sake World Oike Bettei is an experience facility where you can customize your own sake and create your own original blend. The aim is to broaden the ways to enjoy sake through the concept of "blending."
Located in the heart of Kyoto, just a few minutes walk from Karasumaoike Station and Kyoto City Hall Station. This renovated old house is a completely private space limited to just four people. Here, you can learn about the history and culture of sake while actually tasting 6 types of sake, allowing you to get a deeper experience of the unique characteristics of sake.

You can also blend a variety of sake, such as Daiginjo, Junmai, and aged sake, to your liking and create your own one-of-a-kind "original blended sake (my sake)."
You can also use the recipes you create to give as gifts for family and friends, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. You can also enjoy your own sake by having it delivered to your specified address at a later date.

Our Vision

My Sake World Oike Bettei was born from the desire to spread the appeal of Japanese sake to as many people as possible.
Through the "Sake World" media and events, as well as the new sake x NFT e-commerce site "Sake World NFT," we were able to interact with sake fans and sake breweries from all over the country.
And through the development and sales of our original sake brand "Assemblage Club", we have come to realize the joy, deliciousness and hidden possibilities of blending sake. Our driving force is our desire to share with all sake fans the joy of "making your own, one-of-a-kind sake".
We want sake lovers, as well as those new to sake and tourists who want to experience Japanese culture through sake, to learn more about the appeal of sake. We also hope that this place will be a catalyst for expanding the circle of sake fans.
