The future of custom-made sake

Sake World's custom-made sake project, "Assemblage Club," was launched in 2022 with the cooperation of three Kyoto-based sake breweries: Masuda Tokubei Shoten, Kitagawa Honke, and Matsui Sake Brewery.
Our own original brand has won numerous awards in international contests and is currently used by restaurants and hotels both in Japan and overseas. In addition to our own brand, we also manufacture and provide original sake for each restaurant.

In January 2025, My Sake World, an experience facility where individuals can create their own original sake through a blending experience, opened in Kyoto City. It is popular with tourists from Japan and abroad. We aim to further expand in the future and plan to open new stores.

We currently work with over 55 partner breweries, and as the number of orders for custom-made sake increases, the demand for our partner breweries will also increase, which could have a major impact on the entire sake industry. In order to further expand this virtuous cycle, we will continue to work hard to further expand and popularize custom-made sake.
