Nakano BC, founded in Kainan City, Wakayama Prefecture, began in 1932 when founder Toshio Nakano began manufacturing and selling soy sauce, and has since expanded into a wide range of sake, plum wine, shochu, wine, and spirits. In 1958, the company began producing the sake "Chokyu," which is imbued with the desire to "make a sake that will be loved for a long time."

Tsuji Zenbei Shoten in Tochigi is a long-established sake brewery that has been with the local community for over 270 years. Sakuragawa, which has been continued by the first Zenbei since its founding in 1754, respects the local culture and traditions and brews sake by combining historical methods with modern technology.
"Sakuragawa Daiginjo Shizuku" is a special daiginjo made using all of the best Yamada Nishiki rice, which is grown in the Special A area of Tojo Town, Hyogo Prefecture, and is brewed during the coldest time of the year, Daikan. The toji brewer himself personally carries out all of the processes and exercises strict management. As a result, the sake won the gold medal for the 1th consecutive year at the 6 National New Sake Tasting Competition.
