For sake-based cocktails! Recommended is the "Samurai" cocktail
Sake is colorless and transparent, and has no noticeable taste, making it surprisingly suitable for cocktails. There is even a competition for sake-based cocktails.
Among them, the standard one is called "Samurai Rock". Mix sake and cocktail lime juice in a 3:1 ratio and pour into a glass filled with ice. Just squeezing fresh lime into sake makes it refreshing and delicious.
There are also many other varieties, such as the ``Samurai Highball'' mixed with carbonated water, ``Spring Sparkle'' mixed with cola, and ``Red Sun'' mixed with tomato juice.

Colorful and stylish with Ginjo sake and fruits
Some ginjo sake has aromas of apple, pineapple, and muscat, so of course these fruit juices pair perfectly. Also, if you crush fresh strawberries in a glass and pour in ginjo sake, you can create a wonderful fruit cocktail with a bright color and refreshing taste. You can also add frozen fruits such as mango or berries instead of ice for a stylish idea. Recommended for home parties.

Try combining it with other familiar materials.
It is also delicious with coffee, green tea, lactic acid drinks, amazake, etc. Dashi-wari is also a familiar feature at oden shops.
Also, if you pour aged sake on vanilla ice cream, it becomes a dessert for adults.
Hirezake made with pufferfish fin soaked and cedar-scented kegzake, which have been popular for a long time, are also variations on alcoholic beverages. It's fun to create new ways to drink by combining different ingredients. Let's enjoy sake more freely.
